I can't even get back in touch with them. It won't let me 'resume my case', it's set on 'waiting for player' while they say that they'll pass it onto their internal team.
Meanwhile, I can't even get back through the goddamn robot to talk to a diffrent agent. Every time it asks me what the issue is, I tell it, and it redirects me to some useless article.
There's a 'speak to the team' button, but it's disabled.
The people providing 'support' for EA should be fired, since they clearly don't know what they're doing, but whoever designed this awful support system in the first place that forces you to jump through hoops just to get a link to speak to a chatbot that just asks you the exact same questions over and over and over again so that it can eventually just refuse to put you through to a real person and close itself should be keel-hauled.
