After purchasing and launching Mass Effect 3 (2012) on EA, it was discovered that there was no DLC download for both single and multiplayer games. When I tried to find them in "add-ons management", they were not displayed. They weren't in the store either. Restarting the game, reinstalling the game, and clearing the cache did not help. There is no way to play with DLC. Please explain how to solve this problem. If there is a problem on the part of the launcher, are they going to solve it or at least provide the opportunity to manually install DLC.

Cheshuychatuy Did you purchase it through the EA app store or use a code? Are you able to log into another PC or laptop you can install the EA app on by chance?If they aren't showing at all, that is more of a local issue not an app issue so to speak. All of that should show up regardless if you even own the game or not.

Please clear your temp files: Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time to open the Run dialog box. Into the new window, type or copy & paste: "%temp%" (Without the quotes.) > hit "ENTER" Now your Windows Explorer should have brought you to the "C:\Users\>your user name<\AppData\Local\\Temp" folder. > Delete all files and folders in it. (If some files or folders can't be deleted, reboot and try again.) Then: Go here and download "Revo Uninstaller. (The freeware version, Portable version works too.) Run "Revo Uninstaller" > EA app. At the end of the main uninstall, Revo will ask you which cleaning method you want to use. > Select "Advance" > Browse. If "Remaining registration content found" is displayed > Select All > Delete > Next When "Remaining Data and Folders" is displayed > Select All > Delete. Restart the PC Download a new EA app setup exe from here. (Do it even if you already have the installer!) Install EA app. Run EA app as Administrator > Click the EA app shortcut on your desktop > Run as Administrator. Test.

It didn't work. If there are any other options, please let me know. 🙏

Cheshuychatuy Gotcha. So the DLC within the game is hardcoded which means it should always be there even if you dont own it because thats how you originally had to obtain it way back when.

So, if you log into another computer with your account and it still does not show, that is a different issue altogether.

When you log into another account on the same computer like your friends account, does it show the DLC as an option to ontain in the EA app?

Hello, we logged in to my account using a friend's computer and EA app. After that, we installed Mass Effect 3 again. As before, only one expansion is available: "Extended Cut". There is still a way to open and view the DLC in the game itself, but it has been marked as undergoing maintenance for in-game purchases.

Hello. The code was purchased and then activated. If you think this will help, I will ask a friend who has everything working properly to install and check it. However, the friend has the Steam version of the game. Please help me if this does not work.
