Can't load into HUT

My hut has been broken all day. The only two answers I get is it will be fixed as soon as possible or it’s your fault. Odds are won’t be compensated at all for buying a game for early access and missing out on possibly the whole weekend. Wouldn’t even give me the time they leave so I would know to stop trying. Freaking Joke
