Apologies. I see you mentioned that previously. Have you tried all the troubleshooting steps here? Do you happen to have NHL 24 installed still? I'd be curious to see if you're having the same issue there or not. I know you weren't previously, but it's always possible something changed recently. Was your connection fine with 25 at first, but then started having this packet loss?

I still have nhl 24 installed - I tried an online match there (7% packet loss), When I was actively playing 24 (3 months ago) I had 0% packet loss.
I tried all the troubleshooting steps.
Today I starts with rivals online games for the first time, before I only played wildcard - a few games online but I didn't feel such a lag - packet loss, so I can't answer.

If none of the troubleshooting steps are helping, please contact your ISP to see if they have any suggestions. It's very possible there's an issue with your ISP or equipment.

I contacted them, I should request the IP address of the server, which can be pinged and where trace is enabled. Can you provide it to me?

What country are you both in? If you're both in the same region, it's very possible this is an issue with your ISP.

Slovakia, 7 people have this problem, test packet loss provider is fine.  packets are lost starting at 4:00 PM ET, it's fine until lunchtime.
