Issues with restarting/old progress still syncing.

Years ago, I used my father’s EA account to play Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare 2. I bought the DLC, made purchases on bundles, did everything with my father’s account. A while ago, I replaced my father’s account with a new EA account just for me to use. I knew I was going to start off fresh and I was ok with that.

I went to play the game and everything did restart, but the sticker packs I had purchased on the Xbox while using my father’s EA account was showing up, saying “49 Unopened.” I tried to open them out of curiosity but got kicked out. Well, I was getting annoyed since when I looked at the Xbox Microsoft store, it showed that these purchases I made were all installed, yet I couldn’t even open them.

I made another EA account just to see if I can have a completely fresh start and have it unlinked from my current account. Again, I have a fresh start but the “49 Unopened Packs” is still showing up but this time, on my new account it shows the bundles that I had purchased on my old account being able to be purchased. Well out of curiosity, I bought the deluxe edition and tried to open the sticker packs contents but got kicked out of the game so now it feels as though I just wasted money and couldn’t even enjoy my purchases. 

I have done everything possible. I restarted my Xbox, cleared MAC Address, soft restarted, restarted games & apps, cleared save data. I have done everything possible but nothings still working and I still cannot access my purchases. 

Please, if anyone can help me I would GREATLY be appreciated. I just want the packs to be gone and to be able to open my purchased packs.
