Hello,
I purchased the Deluxe Edition upgrade and my items were not made available to be picked up from Rux. I tried relaunching the game, deleting and re-downloading the Delixe Edition add-on, and even clearing Persistent Storage. These were the only suggestions I was able to find when searching online. Anyone know of any others?

@Ayyds I apologise regarding your issue mate. There’s been many reports on this particular issue on all platforms. You could try uninstalling your Deluxe Edition on your Xbox first, then reinstalling it, or contact EA regarding your issue here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=plants-vs-zombies-battle-for-neighborville&community=true%C2%A0. I’m hoping that that helps you out somewhat. 🙂
@Ayyds If you haven’t already, try restarting your Xbox console once and see if that does anything. It’s probably best to request a refund, or wait for a patch and see if you then get your items. 😞🙂

On what platform do you play?
I would recommend getting in contact with EA Support, if you haven't done that.
If you play on XBOX can you try clearing your MAC Adress?
Go to Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC Address, and Clear. Then fully turn off your Console for 30 seconds or so, and turn it back on.
