@flexibleFLIMINGO I feel you on this one. If i could change it most certainly would. I think a portal rotation would be amazing to have. Especially when we are talking about getting achievements. I work hard for mine, so it would be more of a reason to jump back in.
February
Cats Vs Dinos
March
Brothers Knomus Boss Hunt
June
Capture The Taco
July
Sasquatch Boss Hunt
September
Soil Survivors
October
Spooky Squash Boss Hunt
November
Legends Of The Brawl
December
Yeti King Boss Hunt
- 2 years ago@Hieldanka Yeah I like your order, it looks good, but what about January, April, May and August?
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend@Hieldanka Great list. Love that it follows through on my idea of the boss hunts being decently spread out.
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend
@ForeverKnightsA few ideas would be to use the tale of the taco modes like hot headed rumble, dairy panic, farewell taco, snack attack, or lunchtime in the lab. Ones that are simply more unique than the ones we have now.

Yeti King Boss HuntI love this list! Nicely done. And I agree, it does go well with the boss rotation!
- 2 years ago@stukapooka I haven't heard "tale of the taco" before, are you sure they're gw2 game modes?
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend@ForeverKnights Tale of the taco was a celebratory dlc near the end of gw2 (nlt sure if it was before or after wall nut hills but they're close together) that was a host to altered modes that had items drop on the field that gave the players buffs.
You can read it on the wiki. - 2 years ago@Hieldanka oh man, that list is lit!
- 2 years ago@stukapooka sounds fun, it kind of sounds like it only happened once though. Cause again I've never heard of it. Who knows, maybe they'll put that back in the new rotation too.
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend@ForeverKnights Yeah it was a limited event but it was pretty fun from what i remember.
I swear they somehow managed to pick the least liked modes out of the events to create the rotation schedule we have now. How capture the taco survived must have been some act of divine intervention. We couldnt even get something slightly more unique like lunchtime in the lab.
We can only hope they take it or a few other modes to fill in the gaps of lists presented here. - 2 years ago
@stukapooka Oh yeah, I remember tale of the taco (but I only remember the "Taco panic" and "Farewell Taco" game modes), ok here's the new list with the those game modes included:
February
Cats Vs DinosMarch
Brothers Knomus Boss HuntMay
Capture The TacoJune
Taco PanicJuly
Sasquatch Boss HuntAugust
Farewell TacoSeptember
Soil SurvivorsOctober
Spooky Squash Boss HuntNovember
Legends Of The BrawlDecember
Yeti King Boss Hunt. Why don't you also make a list?
Maybe that way it can help EA with it's new one.
- 2 years ago@EA_Shepard Thanks! and even if its not in this specific order, the community will still be relived to finally play these great game modes once again.

Maybe 2 events for a month?
- Prindles372 years agoSeasoned Rookie@EA_Shepard If possible, can you ask someone if they can make the community challenge chests available like, every six months so all of the achivements are unlockable? I remember coming home from school every day and participating in these fun challenges, and it would be amazing to have them return!

@HieldankaHere's my list.
January: Happy new years!
February: Cats vs Dinos
March: lunchtime in the lab
April: Brothers gnomus
May: Boogie down brawl.
June: soil survivors
July: Sasquatch boss hunt
August: Legends of the brawl
September: capture the taco
October: spooky squash boss hunt
November: Triple F frenzy
December: Yeti king boss hunt
I tried to not having repeating modes. If we only get one shot at this it MUST COUNT.

Seems our movement is growing thanks to redhead gaming. - 2 years ago@stukapooka thats pretty cool too, but aren't "Happy new years!" and "Boogie down brawl" practically the same thing?
@stukapookaWhatever the list is, one things for sure, everyone wants Boss Hunt, Soil Survivors, Cats Vs Dinos and Capture the Taco, returned to the mystery portal rotation
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend
@Hieldanka Only a little according to the wiki happy new years messes with more settings as while in low gravity you have more characters and vanquished enemies explode while boogie down brawl makes you play as party characters only with low gravity from what it says.
Maybe replace one with something like license to vanquish?
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend@VendetedFox Well those are where the achievements are located.
I want to know why such popular modes just weren't put in the first set portal rotation. How the heck did capture the taco survive? - 2 years ago@EA_Shepard I noticed that people have also mentioned that the community challenges are also required to get all the achievements.
So building on my original list, I think I've created a rotation that would make all the achievements obtainable.

What are your thoughts? - stukapooka2 years agoLegend
@HieldankaGreat list. Only question is which specific challenge for the community since we're not as big as we once were. A simple vanqish players like when wallnut hills dropped or doing something like using toxic variants? We still want those only playing private play to still contribute unlike a vanquish real players challenge like for twilight chomper.
@stukapooka i actually do remember playing the yeti king hunt once. But when i did, the king's fool fell off of the map and my team had to wait 5-10 mins before the slushie despawned. I also like your list @Hieldanka. I think it is a good list. For community challages, mabye it could be random community challenges and the requirements are less for yourself and for the yellow blue and red chests. I remember getting random people who put boss hunts on CRRAAAAZZZZY!! difficulty and then when the boss came out we would lose. I NEED THAT ACHIEVEMENT. I play on ps5 and i love this game. And we might get all of the modes back thanks to @EA_Shepard.
- stukapooka2 years agoLegend@DeathBugg I remember the days of clueless teams of people playing all chomper or imp for the hunts costing me wins *shudder*
- 2 years ago@stukapooka Whichever community challenge is the easiest.
I don’t think anyone really cares about how the community challenge achievement is obtained, we just want it to be obtainable.
