You are never late to this party! I can see the advantages of both. I do like the idea of one boss per season but it would have to be a good enough fight for the community that it doesn't get dull.
So with that being said, how would you prevent a "one boss per season" event from getting tedious and helping players keep interest in that one boss fight?

Maybe it would be a great idea to announce to the community on social medias if the wanted allowed the bring back of the gamemode, like that it would make a lot of ppl come back and enjoy a very special and fun event on that beautiful game ! Personally, the franchise PVZ and this game especially have a special place for me as it followed me when I was younger. I'd love to get all the achievements now and the only one that I didn't do was the boss hunt in crazy difficulty because it was crazyyyy difficult when I was a kid ahah.
It would be an insane moment for a lot of ppl that enjoy this franchise !

As we continue to get this request, we do have to reiterate what was already pushed out to the players.
Currently, there are no planned updates to change the mystery portal or any other aspects of the game.
If there is a critical issue that needs to be reviewed, we can send that up, but as of now, no planned updates for modes or aspects of the game are in the works.
