Error accessing Claire Hart "Secret in the Shadows" game, case 44 and 45

I get the same error and have for quite some time. Does POGO plan to fix this? Frustrating. 

I've been having the same issue for over 1 month. I've cleared my cache and restarted my computer. I have tried playing the game on Chrome, Firefox and MS Edge. Same message...trouble loading the episode. Please refresh your browser. Nada nothing works. This game has challenges that I can't play :( Is EA ever going to fix this issue.

Is anyone every going to help with this issue. You are putting out challenges (daily and weekly) for Claire Hart: Secrets in the Shadows and it is not loading. I have been unable to access this game for well over a month now. I have made numerous reports without any response whatsoever. Please fix the loading issue. 

I have been unable to play this game for at least a couple of months.  Seems like it is hung up.  This is the 3rd time I've reported it.  Whenever i click the Play button i get a message 

I have refreshed my browser several times with no luck.

Hope this information is everything you need.  Would greatly appreciate it if you could get this fixed.  I have missed a couple of daily challenges, 1 weekly challenge and now the Challenge Event.  

Secrets in the Shadows won't load. There is a "Refresh" button that comes up on webpage. Did everything POGO said to do to fix it, but it still does not load.

Is Pogo techs ever going to fix this game? I haven't been able to play the game since November 2025. It starts loading and then pop up says Unable to load episode Refresh. There have been daily, weekly and special challenges for this game that I have been unable to participate in. It is one of my favorite hidden object games. PLEASE FIX THIS GAME!

Just wanted to pop in here to say we really appreciate everyone who tried the troubleshooting recommendations and passed on what you've already tried. It goes a long way in helping rule out potential causes and narrowing down the heart of the issue.

We wanted to let you know this was passed on a while ago, and it's on the Studio's radar. Apologies for not updating this space to confirm that sooner.

We've been routinely checking in on this, but so far, there aren't any updates to share on that front. If that changes, we'll pop in here asap and share that with you.

CDeck2014 I have had thw same oroblem for 4 + months. Have left forum comments to pog, and other comments. I am thinking about going to trustpilot.com and inform them.

desktop PC. windows 11 version 25h2. have tried both chrome and edge. Version 146.0.7680.80. 

• Cleared browser cache and cookies
• Disabled browser extensions
• Tried different browsers
• Restarted computer
• Checked that Pogo is whitelisted in firewall
• Updated graphics drivers
• Checked Windows updates
• Tried incognito/private browsing mode
• Flushed DNS cache
• Power cycled router

I have not been able to log into the game for a while now. I am frustrated.
