After I received all 30 bonus items, I started earning bonus vault tokens. At the end, I expected to get whatever was in the vault, I got nothing. What is the story to receive the bonus vault?

Same thing happened to me, I should have over 2000 seed funds in, but they are not there. Last month there was a link when I logged in to the game to redeem my bonus, but it was not there this month. Need to get this fixed asap.
