Home story - Can't load game

Won’t load. Please help

tries twice then go to error screen 

good luck, i havent been able to get it to load since september 2024, and all pogo has said or done is said to post it in the forum. they have been useless otherwise. all their solutions to problems we have contacted them about is to post it in the forum. here we are almost a year later and the problem still isnt fixed andtheir response is still for us to post it in the forum.  instead of them fixing it or not making it a challenge since the game doesnt work

I’m so upset because I can’t finish the showcase. I really liked this game when I was able to play it   Now it almost runs through the opening screen and gets my hopes up.  The game does that twice and then I get the white screen death. I have tried to play this on safari and chrome.  I spent two hours chatting with three different customer service agents on a EA chat. Pogo makes it so hard to find the area the area you need. Finally I did get to an area where I could report the bug but I was asked to tell them the name of the game I was having problems with. It rejected all  names I gave them in various ways to say pogo or home story or solitaire  Because that field needed to be completed, with one of the mysterious names, the report could not be sent.  All fields had to be filled in with required response.

I have seen that others who had this issue have a green check mark and solved. If pogo actually fixed the issue why am I still getting the error screen   Please give me the magical update that others are enjoying 

Please fix this. I pay to play on this site. I should be able to play any game I want.

• Try using Chrome or Firefox on Mac instead of Safari
• Check Safari settings: Enable WebGL, disable "Prevent cross-site tracking"
• Clear browser cache and cookies for Pogo.com
• Ensure Safari is updated to the latest version
• On iOS, check Settings > Safari > Advanced > Experimental Features (some WebGL options might help)

For Mac Users (Safari):

Step 1: Try a Different Browser First

• Download Chrome or Firefox for Mac
• Test if the game loads properly there

Step 2: Update Safari

• Click Apple menu > System Settings/Preferences
• Click General > Software Update

Is there any chase you will fix Home Story. I’ve posted twice the game try to load twice then I get the white screen 

I have been having issues with Home Story too.  I'm at level 1497.  Difficult to earn tokens.  House of Cards is a good way to add them~lately it will say (for example) 12 hours left~assuming it will end at midnight.  Then they stop it several hours ahead of time.  Frustrating!

Everything looks good when I test the game. It loads and plays without any trouble for me, which tells me the issue isn't with the game itself.
