Hi sulyns,

abbycattx passed this onto us, and we just wanted to check in with you about it. An update went out today for Mahjong Sanctuary, which we hope will solve this for you. Could you clear your browser cache and test this out again, and let us know how you get on with it?

Hi there,
Unfortunately this did not help. I was so hoping it would. I completly deleted my cache and retarted my computer. As I said before I have tried to get to a game screen in Mahjong Sanctuary for over a month. I have tried on three different computers, trying three different operating systems AND my husband can play it under his account without issue on the same three computers so I know it is not an issue on my end. I will include screen shots from today. I hope you can help me fix this problem and I thank you for your efforts thus far.

  Pogo screen name amb046...Paid member since June 2002... I'm at level 2176 .. I'm having the exact same problem as seen in the screenshots with the game locking up becoming unplayable at the task page in the new Asia Biome since it was added. I've completed the Golden Lanqur and agree that there must be a script error in the game at the task page . Shame it hasn't been fixed as it's one of my favourite games not to mention all the badges I have missed out on. Maybe there are not enough members having this issue which is why nothing is being done about.

  I've passed on that the update didn't solve the issue you've been running into. I've not heard back yet, but I have bumped it again.

TASK LIST is frozen after 4 animals have been added to NEW area of game menu... game play is fine, I have accumulated over 100 'STARS' with no trouble, but the game won't add new animals to the TASK LIST for the area to apply them to... 4 animals already loaded to TASK LIST... 3 previous areas and task lists OK. Please help... thank you for your time !
