Unfortunately "fix this game" or "unable to play this game" is too vague to be of any use.

Would you take your car to the mechanic and just say "fix it" without providing information about what you have seen, heard and experienced with the car that led you to believe there is a problem? No, you would probably tell them, "It makes a squeaking sound when I take a left turn" or "the engine light comes on for a few seconds every time I start the car, but then it disappears until I start the car again" or "After driving on the freeway for a long distance I can smell smoke".

Yes, it is VERY difficult to get any official response, especially if there are only a few people reporting a problem. I personally played Monopoly Sudoku earlier today, so I know there isn't a global issue affecting all players.
