PLEASE HELP! Mahjong sanctuary stuck in task list!

Second time posting and I am desperate for help.  Customer support refuses to do anything and I am missing out on  completing challenges, losing gems by not having this issue resolved!

 I am having an issue loading Mahjong Sanctuary on Pogo. The game loads normally, and after I click Play, a screen appears after a couple of seconds that says a birds work is never done lets get back to the task list.

At that point the game becomes stuck. I cannot interact with anything except the task list. When I click it, a message appears saying I still have area tasks to complete. A hummingbird appears with a blank non clickable square beside it, and I cannot exit this screen unless I return to the Pogo home page.

I have tried all fixes suggested by EA Customer Support, but none worked. They advised me to post this issue in the forums where their experts can advise.  I am 100% sure this is a pogo issue, not an issue on my end.  My husband also has an account and has no trouble opening the game on his computer but if he logs in under my account it will not open.

    Hi Abbycattx  I have not any luck with getting this problem fixed.  I thought maybe it was fixed this morning but it hasn't been.  I need a resolution to this problem as it's been a month now and I am not getting the value out of my subscription.  I have emailed the two people you mentioned about 5 days ago and have eard nothing. You are the only one to repy to me.  Please help!

    Thank  you very much.  Is there a timeline with this?  I am missing out on enev more challenges this month because it's not working.

    Hi there, this is the information requested for three separate computers, with three different Operating systems and the same issue is present in all three.

    • Pogo screenname sulyns
    • Laptop 1:
    • OS version Windows 11 25H2 os
    • build 26200.7628 
    • Google chrome Version 144.0.7559.97 Official Build 64-bit
    • DzDiag file attached  yes DxDiag1.txt  photos of issue included
    • Trouble shooting steps are every thing you've asked us to do up to this point to no avail.

    You can see in the second image beside the humming bird there is a Text Box that is empty and I'm assuming there is an error in the code. I have investigated the problem for my wife and  I can sign into my POGO account, miket3115, and I have no issue playing Mahjong Sanctuary, however, it should be noted that sulyns is at level 502 and I am only starting out on the game and my level is very low.

    By testing this on three separate computers, with two different accounts (one working fine, the other not) thus has to be a pogo issue.  i"m stumped?
