  • I followed the troubleshooting instructions and am still not able to view pieces.  

    Since the new Pogo I have had trouble with several games.  I am actually wondering if I should not renew my Club Pogo subscription.  I have enjoyed Pogo's updates, but the glitches are making my experience not as enjoyable. 

    I appreciate your follow-up.

    Hey there, @fullofgrace12Vh.

    Let's see if we can figure out why it's still not working for you. I have a few questions to start with.

    • What type of device are you playing on? (e.g. PC, Mac, tablet, phone)
    • What OS are you running? (e.g. Windows 10, macOS Catalina, etc.)
    • What browser version are you running? (You can find this in the Pogo Compatibility Tool for PC and Mac)

    Hey there, @fullofgrace12Vh. Thanks so much for the info!

    It looks like your Firefox version may be a tad behind. The latest should be 79.0 which was released on July 28th. Can you try updating your Firefox version to see if it improves performance in the game?

    If you're still having trouble seeing the pieces, please try another supported browser, such as Google Chrome, to see if it helps with the visibility issue.

    Another thing you can try is to pull it up on another browser. How does it work with Chrome or Safari?

    Hey there, @fullofgrace12Vh.

    It looks like we may need to dig a bit deeper. Could you attach a PDF file of your System Report? You can save it as a PDF by selecting Print and then using the drop-down to select PDF instead of using your printer.

    Additionally, would you be able to get a screenshot of what you're seeing?

    Screenshots can help us see what you're seeing. I look forward to hearing from you.
