Solitaire Home Story Wont Load

I can't get past the Level Give Kate a tour. It has been stuck like this for a month and I can't get it to go past it it is really aggravating cause I am on like level 199 but it won't let me go past this.

I have not been able to play Solitaire home story for months. The game will not load on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I have cleared the cachet. I’ve cleared the cookies. I have signed in and signed out. Restarted my phone and done every trick possible, but it still keeps giving me the black screen with the error message and will not load.  What else am I able to do to try to get this game to load because each month and week there are challenges to complete for badges and that game is usually one of them so I can complete 11 other game challenges and still not get the badge because I cannot load this game to play it and earn its badge. 

I have been having trouble with Solitaire Home Story for over 6 months now. I can't get past Chapter 3 Give Kate a tour and I have over 600 something stars to finish a bunch of Chapters but everytime I go to it to finish the Chapter it freezes up. I have asked for help with this a bunch of times and haven't gotten no help with it. I am really thinking abount cancelling my subscription with Pogo because I shouldn't be paying every month if I can't even play every game all the way. Please Please help!

I have issues with solitaire home story as well. I’ve played on an android tablet and an iPad and it freezes up on both. It’s aggravating because I miss out on the challenges and tournaments because of it.

If you’re getting a frown face (or similar error icon) when trying to play a browser-based game, it usually means the game can’t load due to browser settings, cached data, or compatibility issues.
