Crash on Laptop Acer Nitro V15 4060 GTX 13900Gen Intel (R)

I got crashes whenevever I enter new place in the game, when I enter game everything seems alright, I changed game to Ultra, even the Laptop settings to GTX 4060 use at every single time. I don't really know what's the main problem, whenever I enter place that is loading graphics and enter new player it catch the fail and then I have to restart game. (sorry for that English but I'm Polish and we have much more words to explain)..
