Film Grain/Chromatic Abberation On/Off for Xbox/Playstation

I'm noticing film grain and chromatic abberation effects on console (I'm on Xbox Series X) and I would like to have the ability to turn these effects off. Me and many other gamers don't like these effects and I personally turn them off in every single game I play. I know it's supposed to simulate a real camera, but to me it's just added visual noise and I want as much clarity as possible when I play a video game.

Please add a On/Off toggle for film grain and chromatic abberation in graphics settings for Xbox and Playstation users.
