Make OTL operate the same as Throwdowns

First off, I love the new Own the Lot challenges. Gives a reason to play with others and to come back and try to complete it. But it is a paint to get enough players together. I suggest you make Own the Lot operate in the same manner as Throwdowns. Where players can join and then the leader can start it. That would make it much easier to get players together to beat the challenges instead of having to party up.
