Max level in hedgemont but still don’t have the fast travel point at SV news

My friend unlocked it yesterday and isn’t even max level I played the game soley to unlock it cuz it’s my favourite spot and just feel shafted tbh from what I’ve researched using chat GPT apparently it’s a bug so just wanted to put it somewhere and hope it gets fixed might sound stupid to some but it’s genuinely really disappointed me to find out I’m just being shafted and there’s nothing I can do to unlock something that should already be unlocked
