Objective completion glitch

I have enjoyed the Halloween update and everything that has come with it very much, however I was playing with a friend and we were doing the new halloween challenges when my game crashed. When I booted back up my "heathen flip" challenge was marked as fully conplete because my friend had completed ut after my game crashed. However this did not tracking in my event 1 challenge "challenge goals in "witches brew", "spider bait", "heathen flip"." I completed the other 2 halloween challenges and they tracked but I am now softlocked and unable to complete this event challenge because the game is saying that I already completed heathen flip and won't count my re trys of the event.
