(PC) Game Performance check in (season 2)

How are people generally doing in terms of FPS? i get a perfect 60+ in low-medium presets with a 4th gen intel processor -- 1650 gtx super (basically I have a ps4-level pc)
when I'm in "fake" Ultra (using the low-high presets then manually putting every setting to ultra) I get around 45-60 fps in season 2..
HOWEVER when i specifically use the Ultra preset, i get 7 fps.. I knew previous versions of skate where Ultra preset kind of "unlocked" hidden graphics features - and that's why it looks different than when you put everything on ultra manually, But full Ultra ran at ~30-40 fps before season 2.  Now in season 2 I get a literal slide show,. this seems somewhat unusual 

I know they updated the world and graphics stuff but does that really drop my fps from 30 to 7 when im in full ultra (ultra preset)? 

if you think you got a good pc and experience a similar discrepancy at full ultra let me know, I specifically use full Ultra when exporting clips -- I can handle it being at around 15 fps but doing keyframes and stuff at 7 fps is really torture

    TRUEBE4TZ​ bruh calm down helldivers and marvel rivals run like **bleep** and they aren't even that good looking to justify that performance -- skate runs far FAR better than many of the games post 2020 - overall game devs have been lazy using the monster pcs these days as a buffer to be lazy with optimization - skate has been extremely playable by comparison

    They have been incompetent for years. PC optimization was abysmal in the play-test and this game is already dead.
