Re: No access to pre-order content on PS5

Hey @TheJuCol,

If you check the available Add-Ons for the game, does it show you that you own the Add-On for the extra content?

Or...

  1. From the Home Screen, highlight your game.
  2. Press the Options button on your controller.
  3. Then select Manage Game Content.
  4. Select the Install icon next to the add-on you wish to install.

Alternatively...

  1. Go to Games home > Game Library.
  2. Scroll to the Your Collection tab.
  3. To find game add-ons, select the game hub and scroll to the Add-ons section.

  • Hello @EA_Leeuw ,

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay in anwser. When I select the Add-On screen it's empty and it says 'There's no game content you can manage.'.

When I check my transaction history on the PlayStation Store I can see a successful code redemption on 'STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor Pre-Order Content'.

Hope to read from you, thanks!

@TheJuCol, that's odd. Did you redeem a standalone code for the extra content? Or was it a direct purchase via the PSN store on your console?

@TheJuCol, okay, and where exactly did you purchase this standalone code, if I may ask?
  • @EA_Leeuw I was given this code by a friend after I told him my original pre order code from The Collector's Edition from Limited Run Games didn't work (see my first post with you for more on that). I succesfully redeemed the code on the PlayStation Store as you can see in the screenshot I posted. The content didn't appear in the game. I waited a bit because I thought this was related to the other pre order bugs that were in the game. However I now have doubts those bugs are the same, hence this post.

Hope you can assist me to fix this issue, thanks!

  • Hopefully the picture is uploaded now.

  • Your DLC/add-on content has to be the same region as your PSN account and Game install region.. Example.. a US DLC/Add-on (region 1) will not work with a UK version of the game (region 2) or vice versa. To use Add-ons/DLC, both the game and the extra content need to be the same region of purchase and sometimes those need to match the region of the PS account.
