Opa, tudo bom? Então, eu mandei mais de 4 emails, para o suporte deles, sempre informando meu problema e depois mais de 1 semana eles me responderam dizendo pra eu checar que meu problema estava resolvido. Fica mandando email, tentando, que uma hora da certo...

Hey EA_mplsnow
Sorry, I'm not very familiar with the forum.
Good afternoon, I am Brazilian and I am having difficulties with the age verification implemented on the 27th of last month. I am 24 years old and have had the account for 14 years. I tried contacting support via email and couldn't get much done other than being given numbers that I can't call due to the charges where I live. I'll try to explain what's happening. Everything works fine: the access key, any code from EA to my email, or from SWTOR to my email. But right when I'm about to verify my age, a confirmation screen with the EA logo appears, and the code never arrives. I've been dealing with this for days. I already canceled my subscription because I went 8 years without playing due to problems like this that don't have an easy solution... I'm sad to be going through this again. Before, it was a supposed linked email that I never knew what it was... now I have even less of an idea. I tried changing the email to see if it would change anything, I tried changing the access keys at the beginning, anyway... what can I do besides calling numbers that speak English, German, French, at times that don't match what I have available here and for a price I can't afford (the rate is per minute of call)? I find it very sad that there are 1000 communication forums, but not a simple online support channel. But okay, I'll keep trying because in a way this game was part of my childhood and adolescence, never... I played with friends because the game is entirely in English, so it was always a private moment for me. At various times, "ruins of life" was all I had with me. It's a simple game that I couldn't subscribe to before because of some old, inactive EA email error, and now there's an age verification issue where the access code isn't arriving... If there's anything that can be done, thank you, but if not, I'm going to give up on the game altogether until I can perhaps resolve it in the standard way, if I'm able to. Things get tighter every day in this country.

Luizh4039 Thanks for sharing the situation along with what you've tried so far.
I'm afraid this might not be the response you were hoping for, but you will need to contact SWTOR support directly via the phone lines as this is not something we can assist with here on the forums nor is it something that can be dealt with via email contact.
I understand this isn't the response you're looking for but unfortunately it's what you'll need to do. If unsure how to get in touch with SWTOR support you can follow the steps here : How to get help with STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ or contact via the numbers listed in this article: Getting help with SW:TOR from another country- Luizh40392 days agoSeasoned Newcomer
So, here's the situation: for some reason, a prompt to verify my age popped up directly in the EA app, so I went ahead and did it. Everything went fine, and the status on the SWTOR website updated to "age confirmed" immediately, but the game executable still refuses to let me log in. Any ideas on what to do?
Steam shows an error, and the standard executable says verification is required in my country; I unlinked Steam to see if that would work, but nothing changed. I'm waiting to see if anything changes over the next few days. This post was written with the help of Google Translate. EA_mplsnow Any ideas?
