My account was hacked

Hi, did you use ctrl + / in the game, because I have a similar problem?

I recovered my Swtor account after losing 4 days of subscription. So begin to play again and now September 16, it got suspended again. Without notification or clarification, my experience turning in a hell. Already tried to contact by email, not worked, have to spend a lot of money in call chargers to know what is going on.

The problem is no support for Brazil. Just email. Call for the USA, our UK cost 6x times more for me: 1 Dollar = 6 Reais (Brazilian coin currency). Already send print, numbers, contact info. My account is 9 years old. All my account is connected, password is strong and change time to time and use security key, authenticator. EA don't care.
