As the rest in this thread, ive purchaed a sub through steam and it doesnt work ingame. Afterwards I tried buying through swtor- homepage - still doesnt work. Ive sent an email (from my account email: [edit: email address removed]) to the link you've provided with the asked screenshots.
I hope thats enough to end the matter or do I have to do something else?
