same problem here, already sent the email... let's hope they don't take so much time fixing this.
As the rest in this thread, ive purchaed a sub through steam and it doesnt work ingame. Afterwards I tried buying through swtor- homepage - still doesnt work. Ive sent an email (from my account email: [edit: email address removed]) to the link you've provided with the asked screenshots.
I hope thats enough to end the matter or do I have to do something else?My displayname is: Joenj

Hi my account name is PekkanSith, and i activated sub using steam, i also sent the 3 pictures to their mail for fixing. is there anything else i can do or just wait?

I have the same issue. My ID is: Lottor.
I have sent the email with my steam details according to your guide. I have also contacted steam support regarding this issue.

Support said they have added the gametime , so that is great to hear
