good evening, i made a 60 day purchase through swtor.com directly, i paid with my paysafe account as i have beed doing since 2018this time it showed an error on the verification part, the last one, the money is taken from my account, the transaction shows under my account/subscriptions/ show payment historybut it is shown 2 times, one as open and one as unconfirmedi have receided no email or any other confirmation about it but the money has been takencan someone help me with this please? i see no other way to contact anyone in-game

@nex_c86 Support apparently cannot refund paysafe , they do however expect this transaction to likely fail at some point given the duration already , which would mean it would auto refund between merchants on failure. if it actually does close in the system and you do not get any game time let me know and can arrange for the time to be added to your account

Support can see one failed, the other paysafe one is still open in their system, that needs to say close

they said it appears paysafe are having a delay to be around 2 days (that is based on what they can see on their side)

if that purchase changes state to close and you still dont have your game time let me know

@proxos666 Hey, just to let you know it's still unchanged, it says open and there in no play time in the account, from my paysafe it says the payment went through, do I need to give it more time? Today it's the third day

is there something that i can do to at least get a refund and buy time through amazon? most people told me that way is the most efficient,
from paysafe nothing has changed, the money went through when i did the transaction on the 16th, thank you again for helping me with this
