- I currently have 15 characters that need Cuffs.
While I understand scarcity, pacing etc blah blah blah. The way they are doing it is just lazy.
They should just remove the easy/not used gear then and just add more stats to the few pieces of gear they are using to "gate" progress. - Even if the gear we need like stun guns and cuffs move to challenges, it would take many months for us to have enough to gear the heroes we have right now. That's not counting new ones that are always coming out.
I feel like a sinking ship, getting further and further behind as new heroes are release, or new content needing new team compositions. Please for the sake of your players, add some of these gears to the challenges! Keep the furnaces as a time/pay wall, but cuffs and stun guns need to be more accessible. - challenges isn't the sollution, i'm always short on mk3 carbanti's.
- I have decent luck with farming cuffs, but let's talk stun guns...24 battles/1 stun gun drops. That is seriously ridiculous!!!

It's not cheaper though. That 750 crystals is for half of that piece. The other half costs 1500 crystals- I spend 300 dolllars on this game in 4 months. But frustrated with these items. They're too expensive in the shop. I'd pay 700 crystals for a fully crafted prototype of each. Current prices are stopping me from buying gear and making me spend less.
- The problem is, Tac Challenge is full of useless gear. That daily challenge really needs reworked.

+1- The most obvious shady business tactic..... why are mk. 4 stun guns coming from the TAC challenge, but not mk. 5 (which we need exponentially more of.) For some reason we're getting some nearly useless piece of mk. 8 med packs instead.
They continue to add more and more overpriced slots for character shard purchases in shipments. Why not double the amount of "salvage-for-credits" slots that show up as well. While also widening the variety of salvage that shows up there. Or at least removing challenge gear from possibly showing up. I never see carbantis cuffs or mk5 guns. Rarely holo projectors or mk.3 thermal detonators, which are also hard farms.
When it's cheaper to just directly buy the piece with crystals rather then to buy energy refreshes and manually obtain it, the system is clearly not working.
