Captain Enoch anti synergy

There's a specific part in the kit of DTP, being: Whenever an Imperial Remnant ally is critically hit, remove 3% Turn Meter from all enemies.

This is great for the Remnant team, as enemies with Blight will take bonus true damage. The enemy team slowly destroys itself as your team is critically hit. Fun times all around. But then in Enoch's kit it states: Enemies (excluding Galactic Legends) have -450% Critical Chance.

So all that bonus damage is nullified, which sucks. Could the kit be tweaked to "Enemies without Blight (excluding Galactic Legends) have -450% Critical Chance"? That way, it punishes enemies without Blight with reduced damage while being able to capitalise on the extra damage from DTP's unique.

  • That defeats the purpose of the team and they would just get nuked in the opening move, as there wouldn't be blight.

You know his unique goes away when he dies right? He is usually the first to die, so there isn't any need for a change to the kit. The idea is you stall long enough for blight to spread before Enoch dies, and then they start killing themselves with crits.

The team quickly falls apart without Enoch to dispel. He's normally one of the last to go for me

So then what? You actively want to make the team worse and die faster.... cause why?

Did you read my post? Enemies without Blight would never be able to critically hit, drastically reducing damage. Enemies with Blight would be able to score critical hits, but at the cost of their vitality. It’s a trade off.

Besides which, critical hits don’t make or break a battle.

You also realize they have a "revive" mechanic that is nullified by crits. Whenever an ally would be reduced to 1% health by a non crit, enemies are applied blight and your team lives to fight on? So yes, crits can make or break a battle.

Also, DTP has been shifted to GM team and Enoch with DTMG. You basically get your wish by just breaking the teams up like that.

I'm sorry  Hexen, I can't keep up with all these acronyms

    Is GM grand mother's?

  • DTP - Death Trooper (Peridea)

    GM - Great Mothers

DTMG - Dark Trooper Moff Gideon

I don't have great mothers, and I prefer to split my Remnants into the two teams. DTP with all his Blight synergy is very clearly meant to go with Night Trooper and Enoch, so it irks me that his bonus damage is nullified. The only way it becomes effective is if you use him and NT in a DTMG squad in GA with NT's omicron active or if Enoch's dead, which as you said, means they're likely going to die soon.
