EA Help is Useless - Fraud webstore purchase

Bought $100 in crystals from webstore because they offered 20615 crystals 25% bonus...site only gave 16500. A week has gone by and they have asked for my player ID 3x, approved my missing crystals then backtracked and have done nothing but stall. Given them receipts, screenshots and every kind of proof they have asked for 3x now and they now ask my "what was the date of this promotion?" ITS YOUR GAME, ITS YOUR WEBSITE...HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW.

This is the most willfully fraudulent, singularly frustrating and most useless process I have ever been part of. They obviously do not read or pay attention to anything and the next step is to dispute charges with the CC company. Their help process is an absolute joke.
  • Yeah, Answers HQ and the forums can't process these kinds of issues. Has to be done by support. If they can't grant the missing content the OP should apply for a refund through their operator store.
  • Sadly it’s very unlikely they will make this right. I’ve been through the same routine with them twice about different crap, I honestly think their goal is to frustrate people until they give up.

    Someone described EA Help very closely as "From 10 person, 7 will not help you, 1 will try, 2 will think that your question is about FIFA account".
  • When have they offered 25% bonus? I've only ever seen the vault offering 5% extra crystals (16,500) over the in-game store (15,710).

    I was sure they'd only done 25% extra on the lower cost crystal bundles in recent years.
  • Yeah, been chatting with support since 5 minutes after the purchase on the first. Just jerking me around. Just got asked for my player ID for the 4th time and date of purchase you can see it right in the conversation they obviously dont read
  • Similar thing happened to me I purchased SEE pack I have sent all he screenshots they asked for my back statement iTunes and nothing. I won’t be able to repurchase it either as it has expired. They refuse to give me the bundle. I’m very close to quitting after all this nonsense there is no way they can’t see I purchased it. It even disappeared off of my store while it was still available.

    There are HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of posts like this across the internet and various channels (EA forums, reddit, TrustPilot, BBB, etc.).  It should be CRYSTAL CLEAR that EA is in the business of scamming people.  It's fraud.  Period.  I have three missing rewards tickets no one has responded to from the past month.  I'm done.  It feels like abuse.  A game should be enjoyable, not involve the game company INTENTIONALLY AND KNOWINGLY **bleep** over its player base, STEALING resources.  I start to feel sick if I even open the app, at this point.  It's time to delete after seven **bleep** years, **bleep** the company and their POS app.
