ERA OF THE FORGOTTEN — The Characters History Almost Left Behind
The galaxy remembers the heroes and villains who shaped it, but some stories are almost lost. Era of the Forgotten brings those survivors, exiles, and overlooked figures to life through story-driven mechanics, conditional synergies, and survival-based gameplay.
Cobb Vanth — Marshal of Mos Pelgo
- Bridges Scoundrels and Mandalorians without being a Mandalorian.
- Calls Beskar allies to assist and shares Armour Plating.
- Represents justice without allegiance, expanding Mandalorian teams in a narrative way.
Meetra Surik — The Jedi Exile
- Stronger as allies fall, counters Sith, and leads through attrition.
- Abilities: Jedi Exile, Severed Connections, Lead the Charge.
- Embodies survival, absence, and tactical leadership from KOTOR II.
Geonosian Zombie
- Disruptive tank: too many buffs triggers Blinded by Light, gaining bonus turns.
- Reinforces Geonosis hive gameplay while being unpredictable and dangerous.
Anakin Skywalker (Podrace)
- Gains Scoundrel tag if all allies are Light Side, Jedi, or Scoundrel.
- Bridges street survival to Jedi destiny, opening new squad possibilities.
Young Boba & Jango Fett — Slave I Synergy
- If Young Boba is defeated, revived at 75%, Jango drops to 5% and gains Taunt + Retribution + Health Steal.
- Story-driven father-son sacrifice, with risk and potential recovery.
Optional: Agent Kallus / Crosshair
- Kallus: starts anti-Zeb, gradually supports him.
- Crosshair: counters Bad Batch, but unintentionally aids them.
- Both reflect internal conflict and shifting loyalties.
Oola — Dancer of Jabba’s Palace
- Start-of-battle: 20 stacks of Chained (not dispellable; −2% Max Health/Protection, +5% Counter Chance per stack).
- Basic: Resisting Humiliation — dispels debuffs, calls ally to assist, damages Jabba slightly.
- Special 1: Eyes of the Court — Blind + Distracted on all enemies; self-limiting.
- Special 2: Until the End — takes massive damage (cannot die), buffs enemies, then deals DoT per buff.
- Unique: Unyielding Survivor — cannot be defeated while allies remain; revived at 25% of strongest ally’s protection; escapes if alone; inflicts Enslaved on revival.
- Enslaved: Speed 0, immune to Turn Meter/Cooldown manipulation, cannot take damage.
- Oola survives through cunning, endurance, and allies — her kit tells a story rather than dealing raw damage.
Why this Era Works
- Story first: Mechanics reflect narrative: survival, sacrifice, and moral ambiguity.
- Conditional synergies: Team composition and timing matter.
- Strategic play: Revival, Enslaved, and Chained create tension and reward planning.
- Emotional payoff: Characters feel alive, not just numbers on a screen.
This isn’t about galactic legends dominating — it’s about the forgotten, the survivors, and the ones history almost left behind.
