I don’t remember them saying they were doing anything to make legendary characters more accessible.  If I recall correctly they did say the objective in coliseum was for everyone to be able to get characters 3* g12 or g13 to reduce or eliminate the kyro bottleneck.  Generally you can assume CG is lying about anything that can’t be fact checked, particularly the reasons behind decisions on the rare occasions they bother to tell us.  Every action they take or change they make is to try to increase revenue, nothing is done for the purpose of benefiting players.  Yes, it’s a business and they need to make money but the greed and lack of communication is really getting out of control.

Crystal keepers, also called by ancient aztecs as "Kee`per'i   Kris`til'e", are mythical beings capable of hoarding crystals to use them at their will to rewrite reality. I never thought they exist. Dangerous beings, pls no joke abt it for the safety of us all

Ah, so you're jealous of people that can save crystals. Well, this is a resource management game, so if you really wanted Rotta, you should have planned ahead better.

there are no notes saying that they were trying to make Rotta accessible to all though, not sure where you got that from

although Rotta is actually very accessible fyi if you play this game correctly (yes there's a correct way, but you do you)
