I've been playing for a year and just discovered this allies thing

Yeah that's what the instructions say but there's no pen icon for me.

I never once got a pop up about adding someone to an ally list until last night. Just weird.

You also don't have the achievement to get two allies to get Vader shards?

Nope. Which achievement is that? I've completed a bunch of achievements but never saw that one.

So it's barely been 24 hours and I have some awesome allies now. Ive never had an opportunity to use someone over level 70 as my 6th man and now I have a bunch of 85s to choose from. Thanks everyone!

The first time you set up the Account, there was an Age verification question. If you had set it up wrongly, you would be pegged as under aged. That would explain why your name is forever stuck as Mol Eliza, you can't see guild chat and so on. Since you still can't change your name, I suspect that they just relaxed the rules regarding minors adding allies recently, hence why you can suddenly add allies.

Not all is lost. Are you Android or iOS? Do you have another device available that's never had this game installed on? You could play the tutorial on a new device, then set your age (over 13). Then log into Google Play (there's an app for that) or Game Center in iOS. Make sure you're not logged into either before installing the game. This will bring your account back, and MIGHT give you the new age options (chat and name change option).

Guild chat are you serious? That's one of the things I was hoping they'd add! They've had it the whole time? But you're right this was originally my son's game when I first Downloaded it. So I prob set it up under his age.

Any way to change that?
