List of blueprint locations

Is there a list of the locations for ship blueprints? I'm talking about the shipment section of GW and ship shipments (the ones that randomly appear). I'm in a situation where I can upgrade my 6th ...

I know shops rotate "stock" but if you see its not there at that point, you can always look back later on, as you know its available there.

Without a definitive list in-game, it seems like a guessing game all the time.
