PSA: Refunds

I have been playing for 10 years now. The latest update was a direct message from CG that I am not the player they want as a customer.

I have made the easy decision to stop playing the game. I requested a refund for the past year from Apple. I was refunded every purchase for the last 6 months.

This is why it is important to never make purchases through the webstore. EA has the worlds worst customer service and they will never give any refunds.

If you plan on quitting, make sure to contact IOS store or Google Play store and get a lot of money back on your way out.

Enough of the legalise talk. Many people spent cash on reroll mats and DC funds to re-roll over and over again to get a bunch of relic 6 through relic 9 DCs. CG only refunded the basic cost in mats and I’ll bet that math is not even right based on their frequent errors when it comes to the too many forms of currency in the game.

Ive quit other games for less then this and tried to get a refund from apple. Unfortunately they’ve declined every time. But I’m still contemplating quitting if this is the direction they plan on going with the game.

I don’t know, the way I see it is if you pay to watch a movie and they duck it up and they swap the movie for something else half way through would it be unfair to ask for a refund?
