Request: remove 200 Mod loadouts limit

It drives me nuts! At the absolute bare minimum, there should be enough for every character to have at least 1 loadout slot, but even 2 would make me a lot happier! PLEASE, can we have more loadout slots! ? ? ? Would also really appreciate an increase to the mods limit.
