I would counter all of your points and say the gear economy is too soft right now. I think things are moving too fast. Standard gear is almost useless now. Anyone who is active is bringing all of the new marquees into the game at G12. Yeah you need a little bit of G12+ materials and some purple G12 but that is all Fleet farmable and easily purchased with Raid currency.

Back in the day, Stun Guns and Carbantis were a big issue and then it was Kyrotechs. It evolved to G12 mats and they really are no longer an issue. Bronziums used to be a huge bottleneck, they are no longer an issue. The only real bottleneck is Blue Signal Data and marquee shard farming.

I would argue that they need to reduce the access to LST and LSB since many players have become to dependent on them and now are getting held up on the R5 > R8 jump which is you guessed it, Blue Signal Data.
