I think with first order tie pilot coming as login toon, we need to be ready for movie release content coming soon. Highly likely we will need resistance and first order teams at full 7* for new toons and events. BB8 probably at 7* for the next legendary toon. That's my take at least. What do yall think?

fo is annoying as hell to farm and i doubt if ones starts now they can name it in time with the fo officer. Resistance is even worse with fin being hard farmed nowdays, lets just hope they do not require resitance tropper farm to.

There are lots of ppl with Resistance farmed but less with FO. I'm assuming FO for BB8 7* then whatever 4 other Resistance you have at 7* (would guess Finn, Poe, Rey most have already) to be used in a proposed new toon unlock event.

I do agree that we'll probably need Resistance at 7* for december. BB8 coming back in november so that we can 7* seems likely especially for those who could not 7* R2. FO and resistance have been my farming priority for the last 2 months so I hope that I'll be ready for whatever is thrown at us. :)

FO sure! 2 months with First Order login characters you better be getting that squad ready for something! I've been farming FOST since the BB8 event and havent gotten him to 5* yet, I'll set my sights in Kylo after 50 more Old Ben shards. Hopefully there will be some double drop events for the 2nd anniversary of swgoh so I can get the cantina currency for FOOfficer! Im excited for November!

I dunno...they released characters and events in advance of the previous two movies. I distinctly recall farming for Bistan before Rogue One came out, only to be super disappointed with how little he was in the movie. And, Phasma was the character given to players for free when they joined the game in the first two months of joining...which were also the two months before Force Awakened released. It seems very likely we'll get relevant characters released during November. Especially considering most of the relevant characters for Last Jedi seem to be characters we at least saw in Force Awakened (based on the trailers.)

Bistan was the login character before Rogue One came out (either October or November, I know the movie came out in December) and they did a concurrent event where you would fight a trivial battle every day for a bonus shard.

That's exactly what they did with the Thrawn release... they accelerated the Phoenix cadence for it.

Make sure Farmboy Luke is leveled to 7*. Pretty sure he will be required to unlock old Grumpy Master Luke

I had phasma 10, trooper 7, and the other three 8. It took a few tries and I barely got it. So it's doable there, but you're better off getting Kylo to 9 and trooper to 8 if you can.

Any Zetha? Is it true that difficulty is not too harder than the 6*? I m worried because I needed a full g8 level 85 team to get 6*.

If the question is: how much gear does FO need to get BB-8, that's just sad.

For me BB-8 was just a cherry on top of the ice cake that is FO G12. Get with it boyos!

meh... Actually, don't worry about FO, they probably suck.

The time to 'movie farm' was earlier this year. Can't begin to recall the number of times guild mates discussed getting FO/Res 7*, and ready to rock before the movie. We were definitely talking about it late 2016/early 2017.

If the veteran smugglers are needed then not much can be done by non whales to prep, but no player of 1 year+ has any excuse not to have 7* FO/Res already.
