Ok, but how long is the "mile"?
For example, let's assume a mile is 1000. Toon A has speed 40, and toon B has speed 50. We'll assume at some point in the battle that toon A is at position 350 and toon B is at position 300. Now both toons get a 50% turn meter gain, so toon A moves to 850 and toon B moves to 800. In this case toon A will go first because they will travel their remaining 150 distance faster than B will travel their remaining 200 distance.
But what if the mile was 1200 long instead of 1000? Now, after their 50% turn meter gain, A moves to 950 and B moves to 900. In this case B will actually go before A, because they will travel the remaining 300 faster than A travels the remaining 250.
So it does matter how long the "mile" is. And I'm trying to figure out exactly what determines it and how this all works. Thanks guys.
