All Hans LSB not received

Hi, 

I bought the three latest LSB from Webstore. I received two but not the All Hans LSB. I’ve rebooted the game, rebooted my iPad and IPhone but still nothing in my inbox. Clicking the link in the receipt takes me to the games empty inbox. The characters aren’t upgraded, so definitely not received the pack.

i didn’t get the kessel run credit either but not really bothered about that, just the bundle. The offer is no longer visible either so game thinks I’ve purchased it too.
