I bought the chewbacca Lsb however it said there was an error and when I tried to go to the shop, the lsb was gone and I didn’t get the characters . Can someone help?

I don't think so because i normally get an email saying that i paid. And i didn't recieve anything.
Oh Nvm i did just get charged. I recieved the mail.
