Didn’t get the Chewie Lsb characters bug

Hello,&nbsp;I bought the chewbacca Lsb however it said there was an error and when I tried to go to the shop, the lsb was gone and I didn’t get the characters . Can someone help?&nbsp;Here is my ally code : 768-925-312
