Error code 54001 SWGoH

Recently every time I try to buy something from the online store, there is this message for error 54001. I didn't have this problem before. I read about the 54001 error on other EA forums but none of the solutions worked for me. The issue seems not to be on my side as my bank approved of the transactions. Until now it was not that big of a problem as most times I just bought what I wanted to directly in-game. But now, with the loyalty program I thought I should point the issue. I'm in Europe, the prices in the online store are in $. Could this be the reason for the problem? I tried in two different European countries (Bulgaria and Netherlands) and both time it didn't work.
