Malgus LSB still missing

A full week now of not having my Malgus LSB and again can’t use him in gac thanks for nothing. 
I can’t click anywhere ingame without getting spammed with LSB offers, meanwhile I still haven’t gotten the content of the one I bought…do you seriously think I’m gonna spend another penny on this LSB bull**bleep** and let myself get scammed again???
