Missing Aphra LSB, still no response??

I raised a post on Friday explaining this bur worried it has been lost in the sea of similar issues, some of which i note have been resolved. After purchasing 4 LSBs at release, I received crystals for the Aphra one. Appreciate that this happened right before the weekend but would appreciate someone from EA resolving this, particularly as GAC lock is today!
