I acquired Cassian (Undercover) the day before the update that made it so everyone could get him. I also purchased a lot of packs that day to get everyone to 85, right before everyone was given all the materials to reach 95. I haven't received either set of Compensation.

I would like the compensation, as I did spend quite a bit of money on it.
I have the same problem!!!! Helpdesk is useless! It's a looping bot who gives nonsense answers!!
I payed 200 euro's for Era materials and an hour later everybody got them for free. There are various tickets about this, some are already resolved!!! I was told to wait, but it's been 14 days since and it doesn't take that long to see a refund would be in place. I got proof of the purchases but no solution via helpdesk possible. .
