Multiples Bug in my game

Hello, for a week now I have found myself with several bugs that prevent me from enjoying the game. The bugs are as follows: impossibility of recovering daily rewards, impossible to recover resources and successes. Add to that a bug prevents me from doing certain fights like coliseum or GAC by blocking my screen on an interface without buttons and without using skills with shortcuts. At the end of a certain fight in GAC the game freezes and I have to restart it. This therefore prevents me from winning. These bugs are present on the mobile and PC platform, they do not disappear after reinstalling the game. Thank you for your understanding
