Not received purchase

I bought the GAS LSB Bundle but I never received the bundle instead I received some crystals but I do not want the crystals. I wanted the LSB bundle. If still possible I’d like to receive my bundle. But if that’s not possible a refund would be needed as I’m not received what I paid for.
