SEE bundle ii

I purchased the SEE bundle ii on the Web store. My account was charged. However I did not get any of the characters. I have made in game tickets but they don't seem to be of any help. Please see all related screen shots. Some help would be amazing.

    I have tried dealing with the in game help but they seem to think I'm a not being truthfull about having the characters. Is there anyone else I can have look at this?
