SWGoH linked to EA but unable to access webstore or PC client

Summarize your bug Webstore - SWGoH is linked to my EA account, both using the same email address. GameCenter email is also the same. Attempting to log in to the webstore I get the verification codes sent to the linked email but when entering them in the store it give an error/retry message (shows my accounts are linked in the SWGoH mobile app and has been confirmed by support in prior ticket submissions) PC Client - Select the option for existing linked account, select the option that I've linked my account (shows linked in the SWGoH mobile app and confirmed by support in prior tickets) but get sent back to the create or use existing account screen
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Attempt to access webstore or PC client using account info provided above

@EA_HighCommand I am unable to access the SWGoH webstore or PC client even though my accounts are linked. The email used to start my SWGoH account is the same as my GameCenter and EA account emails. This email previously worked for the webstore until I was auto logged out one day. I have not been able to sign back in since then.
When attempting to sign in to the webstore I receive the verification codes to my email but when entering them in game it says unable to login, make sure the accounts are linked and takes me back to the retry screen.
A similar issue happens with the PC client. I select that I have an account already that's linked to EA, then I get immediately sent back to the screen to either create a new account or use a linked account.
I have contacted support several times regarding this issue but have been unable to get it resolved. I really hate missing out on rewards and options that are webstore exclusives and that I now can't access the new PC client either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
- @asunbrntpenguin That should not be the case. You are not linking. You are Disconnecting/Reconnecting.(Button on top left) That should not remove your games Progress.
DO NOT USE the button on the right. Thats wrong for this case
