Blank White Screen in Build Mode

I was looking at the houses in Riverblossom Hills and one house was only a blank white screen with just the UI. I went back and forth between other houses and it seemed to fix it when I went out of top down view in one house and then came back to the house with the blank white screen and it was fixed. Just a weird bug/workaround.
